1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing franchise with a new opportunity in Woodinville. We are seeking customer service-oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! We offer a competitive base salary as well as a fantastic commission plan. We are looking for experienced service plumbers.

*Qualifications:

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $40,000 in revenue per month while performing excellent work.
Have a PL01 or PL02 License (preferred but not required)
Great driving record (less than 2 moving violations in 12 month period) with the ability to bring a driver abstract upon interview
Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below:

*Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Ability to answer the phone quickly
Perform excellent customer service
Educate customer on work being performed
Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!

*Compensation

Salary plus bonuses - can achieve between $75,000 and $130,000

We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
